A: EVOLUTION means model year 1975 to 1980 (or like design) & older bikes exceeding the suspension limits. No Disc Brakes or Water Cooled Engines.

Championship Class Definitions

Vintage 125, 250 & 500

1974 and earlier with no more than 7 inches of travel in the front and 4 in the rear.
Note: Modified frames and after market swingarms are OK provided they meet the maximum travel requirements.
1974 like design machines are eligible (i.e. 1975 CR125, KX125, TM125, YZ125)

Evolution 125, 250 and 500

1975 and later machines, originally built with air cooled engines, drum brakes and no linkage suspension. Note: Yamaha monoshock models are eligible up to 1981.

Vintage 40+ and 50+

Any displacement Vintage machine, as described above is eligible.
Note: 50+ age riders can enter 40+ class.

Evolution 40+ and 50+

Any displacement Evolution machine, as described above is eligible.
Note: 50+ riders can enter the 40+ class.

Standard Skill Levels - Expert, Intermediate, Amateur (also called Novice )

Numbers- All machines must have the same numbers on all three number plates. Number must be at least 6 inches tall and contrasting to the number plate background
